GEJR offers a substantial array of services which range from : Conceptual Design, 3D Models, 3D Animations, 3D Renderings and Technical [Construction] Drawings, to : Material Selections, Cost Estimates, Bidding Negotiations, and Services During Construction. Presentation and construction materials are prepared to the highest level of detail which will aid clients, fabricators and contractors in fully understanding the vision for any design product, and facilitate the necessary tools for excellence in it’s materialization.

EXPERIENCE

GEJR has been performing design work since 2010, and continues to expand its capacities through consistent research and ongoing practice. Its Founder & Principal Designer has acquired and developed vast design and construction knowledge through work with highly demanding clients via award-winning architectural firms in New York City and Puerto Rico. Numerous Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects have been developed in states such as : Fl, NY, NJ, MA (among others) and the island of PR.
